Terms of Service

The service

AwalSpace sells digital products: game keys, software licenses, subscriptions and gift cards. All products are digital — nothing is shipped physically. Delivery is made to the email address you provide at checkout, usually instantly after payment confirmation, and in all cases within 24 hours.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a correct email address, checking the product region and platform compatibility before purchase, and keeping your delivered key private. Once a key is revealed to you, it is considered delivered and consumed.

Accounts & subscriptions

For account-based products (e.g. subscription accounts), you must follow the usage instructions provided with delivery. Sharing, reselling or modifying delivered accounts voids the warranty.

Acceptable use

You may not use our store for fraud, resale of stolen payment methods, or abuse of our replacement warranty. We may refuse service in case of suspected abuse.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the replacement of a defective key or a refund of the purchase price. We are not responsible for account actions taken by platform owners (e.g. Microsoft, Sony) when those actions result from a violation of their own terms.
